Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Due to the nature of alcohol sales and state regulations, all alcohol sales are final.

However, we want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Broken

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@officialcellar.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment (if inventory is available), or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipments that are:

  • Delayed by the carrier

  • Returned due to failed delivery attempts

  • Returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
